Using MTR

MageMojo Support may request that WinMTR be used to diagnose network issues. Occasionally, network problems may be local or regional and, therefore, affect the accessibility of the store by developers or store owners.

Use of MTR can confirm that any access issues are or are not a local problem.

Windows

  1. Download WinMTR.
  2. Extract the archive and run the included WinMTR.exe.

  1. Enter the MageMojo hostname in Host (e.g. www.magemojo.com).
  2. Click Start
  3. After the tests run for a few moments, click Stop.

  1. Click Export Text
  2. Save the text file.
  3. Send the exported text file to MageMojo Support as an attachment.

MacOS and Linux

  1. Open a shell on your system (e.g. Terminal for MacOS).
  2. Run mtr example.hostname.com, substituting the MageMojo account hostname for "example.hostname.com".
  3. After the test runs for a few momements, exit the command.
