Update Credit Card

If a payment fails or the method of payment needs to be updated:

  1. Log into your customer account at
  2. Go to Billing and scroll down to My Payment Profiles.
  3. Click Add Payment Method.

    Note that an existing payment method may not be edited. To update a card, you should add a new payment method, then delete the previous method (after re-assigning the billing profile).

  4. Enter the card information.

  5. Click Submit to save the card information.
  6. Find the appropriate Service at the top of the Billing screen.
  7. Select the new payment profile under Billing Profile.

If you wish to remove the older payment method — and providing it is not assigned to any existing service — click Delete by the method shown under My Payment Profiles.
