Access for Developers

MageMojo requires authorization to ensure only allowed parties have details about your server. Account owners can add others to their account. Developers are generally people for which STRATUS access is necessary to help you build or maintain your Magento installation.

Contacts with access can request changes such as server upgrades/downgrades, software installation, and admin panel access. Users with access may also submit support tickets. They cannot update or see your billing formation.

STRATUS Developer Access

  1. Please have your developer or contact create a Customer Account. > Anyone you wish to add to your account must have their own MageMojo account. Accounts created for access are free.

  2. Log into your Customer Account.

  3. Go to the My STRATUS section.

  4. Click the appropriate STRATUS environment (you may have more than one showing).

  5. Find STRATUS Authorizes User

    • Enter the email address of the person you wish to give access to the selected STRATUS environment.
    • Click Add User.
