Access for Developers

YOU/YOUR DEV MUST CREATE A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT ON MAGEMOJO.COM FOR THIS TO WORK

If you have a developer or agency that needs to make support requests on your behalf, MageMojo requires authorization to ensure only allowed parties have details about your server. The instructions outlined in this article will guide you in setting up proper access. It is important that you understand what you are setting here. Giving access to a contact will allow them to make account changes that include, but are not limited to, server upgrades/downgrades, software installation, and MHM panel access. To add a contact, do the following:

  1. Please have your developer or contact create a  Customer Account.

  2. Sign into your Customer Account.
  3. Go to the My Servers section.
  4. Expand the appropriate server if you have multiple servers from the list
  5. Near the top is a section titled Account Access, add the email of your developer or contact in the text box and click Add.

Once added, your developer/contact should be able to log back into their MageMojo customer account and see your server(s) listed under their My Servers section and access Mojo Host Manager.  It will also show up internally for our support and we will know they are authorized to request changes or details concerning your server.
